Why Weekly Face Yoga Isn’t Enough—And What I’m Doing About It

For years, I’ve taught private and group face yoga classes—guiding incredible women through techniques that uplift not just their faces, but their confidence, energy, and self-image. And while those sessions are powerful… something has become undeniably clear:
A class once a week—even a 1-on-1—just isn’t enough.
Here’s why:
You leave a class feeling amazing. Light. Aligned. You see a difference. But by the next week? Life has swept in. Work. Family. Deadlines. You’re back in reactive mode—your self-care slipping further down the list.
Sound familiar?
The truth is: self-care isn’t a spa day. It’s not something we “get around to.”It’s a rhythm. A habit. A ritual. And unless it’s built into your everyday life—especially in quick, doable ways—it’s not going to stick.

That’s why my next mission is clear:
To help busy women build a sustainable, habit-forming self-care routine that actually fits into their lives.
This month, my monthly members received something special:
✨ The first cut of the new 2-Week “Furrows Forgotten” Program—a short, potent reset designed to help smooth and soften the 11 lines (the tension we hold between our brows when we’re thinking, stressing, or just living).
It’s just 5 minutes a day. But each movement is intentional. Sequenced. And most importantly—repeatable.
Because repetition is what creates change. And micro-habits are what make it sustainable.
If you’re already a member, I invite you to dive in. Make those 5 minutes yours. Not another thing on your list—but a daily moment to return to yourself.
For everyone else—keep an eye out.I’ll be officially launching the 2-Week Furrow Reset publicly at the end of next month.
Until then, ask yourself:What would change if you showed up for your face and your nervous system… for just 5 minutes a day?
Love your reflection,Naomi
